I bought a big box of strawberries and raspberries on Monday, way too much for us to eat even though we tried hard.
In the end there was still nearly a kilo left so I decided to turn them into jam. I added a few frozen raspberries to make up a kilo. Just added special jam sugar, a bit of vanilla essence and a few leaves of mint. Cooked for a few minutes and that's it. Very nice and not too sweet jam, just the way we like it.
